Са тугом, али и са хришћанском надом у васкрсење и вечни живот, обавештавам вас, драги моји парохијани, да је наша дугогодишња посвећени парохијанка и сестра у Христу Јелена Трифуновић уснула у Господу 13. фебруара 2024.године.
Опело за покојну Јелену ћемо обавити у петак 23. фебруара 2024. године са почетком у 11:00 часова у старој цркви Светог Саве крај српског гробља у Источном Лос Анђелесу. После опела и сахране уследиће и даћа у Павиљону Српског друштва “Јединство”.
Нека Господ дарује вечну и блажену успомену уснулој слушкињи својој Јелени!
It is with great sadness, but with Christian hope in Resurrection and Eternal Life, that I inform you, my dear parishioners, that our sister in Christ and dedicated member of our Parish, Jelena Trifunovic has fallen asleep in the Lord, on February 13, 2024.
Funeral service and interment will be held at the old Saint Sava Church by the Serbian Cemetery in East LA on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11:00 am, followed by a “Daca” Luncheon in the Serbian Benevolent Society “Jedinstvo” Pavilion.
May Jelena’s memory be blessed and eternal!
We also pray that God of hope will grant strength to her family, as they grieve over this great loss.
